Create customized emails
Within the NovuDialog platform, you can configure emails to be sent to your dialog users when the dialog gets submitted. You can use these emails, for example, to thank the user for filling out your dialog, to provide additional information or to confirm the data the user provided in the dialog.
The NovuDialog platform allows you to customize emails just like all other dialog steps. You can customize the design of emails to fit your corporate identity, transform the (user)data to display it the way you want and add dependencies to show or hide specific parts of your email.
Furthermore, you can create multiple emails and add specific attachments to be sent to the right person in your organization or your CRM application, upon a dialog getting submitted. You can also configure and set CC/BCC addresses.
